Etienne Vinery stands out as a refined space dedicated to wine lovers. The Enoteca offers a wide selection of more than 560 labels for tasting and/or purchase, including great and old vintages, with a strong focus on natural and biodynamic wines, thanks to the collaboration with Les Caves de Pyrene. The environment, spread over several rooms, one of which, the winter, even heated by a fireplace fire. This creates an elegant atmosphere, where you can taste excellent wines accompanied by high quality gastronomic delicacies and leavened products made especially by the Chef and his brigade.
